# Avox

> Avox is a WhatsApp Coexistence platform from AAIDA Corp. Private Limited, a certified Meta Business Partner. It connects a business's existing WhatsApp Business App to WhatsApp's official Cloud API on the same number, without losing chat history, and adds a shared inbox, automation, an API and analytics.

Avox is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Teams keep using the WhatsApp Business App on their phone while Avox runs alongside it. Plans are billed in USD through PayPal; Meta bills WhatsApp conversation fees separately at its own published rates.
